"I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. I was placed on hold without being asked or given any notice, and then they hung up on me. On top of that, the representative was very pushy and spoke in a rude, unprofessional tone. The way I was treated was unacceptable and left me feeling completely disrespected. Customer service should be courteous and helpful, not dismissive and aggressive."

"Recently contacted my Stare Farm office and Andrea Gerome helped me add my son’s dorm insurance. Given all the moving parts with my son leaving for college, this by far was the easiest thing I had to do. Andrea was fast, efficient and communicative throughly the QUICK process. I have been a customer of State Farm since I was born and I will be a customer for life. Thank you Andrea for all your help!"

"Very friendly staff anytime I need to call with questions or policy changes. They also process legitimate claims very smoothly. Updated: things got way too expensive after constant increases, over $270/mo for state minimum coverage on a 2016 Honda civic. I had to drop my policy and shop elsewhere"

"I’ve had Damy Anderson as my State Farm agent for over a decade at this point. I just have to say that no matter what I call for, or how long it’s been, the staff is always wonderful! "Mayra gave exceptional customer service. She asked questions about me to build a connection first. Then, she reviewed my current insurance with the related renewal proposal - alongside what State Farm could provide. Now, I have new home and auto insurance policies with more coverage, for lesser payments, with affordability. The process was easy including instructions to cancel the renewal and advise my bank for the car and mortgage lender for the home. Highly recommended."
